What should I do if something from my order is missing?
Please contact our client team at orders@lapeony.com with your name, order number, what product is missing. if possible, include a picture of the entire order out of the package.
What should I do if I get a damaged or defective item?
Please contact our client team at orders@lapeony.com, with your name, order number, a picture of the damaged product (with tags on product and not worn), and a short description of the issue. we will respond within 24 hours.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account here by entering your name, email and a password of your choice.
I don't see a refund on my credit card. what should I do now?
It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for a refund to show up on a credit card. if it has been longer than 10 business days and you do not see the refund, please email us at orders@lapeony.com with your name, order number, tracking return information and the items you returned. we will respond within 24 hours.

LPC Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and returned in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Process:
- Request a Return: Contact our customer service to initiate a return at orders@lapeony.com.
- Packaging: Repack the item in its original packaging or a secure alternative.

Shipping: We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns within the country. For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. NOTE: Exchanges are free and return label will not be deducted. Returns without exchanges will be at the customer's expense and will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges: For a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
