Description

This soft linen strapless top is adorned with a hand-embroidered top ruffle. The top accentuates curves with a comfortable elastic stretch-back panel and slips on easily over-the-head. Hand-embroidered on either the ruffle or front vertical strips, unique variations highlight the beloved craftsmanship of the Artisans in the community of San Antonino Castillo Velasco. Each ruffle takes Artisans approximately 48 hours to embroider and are one-of-a-kind due to the handmade love that goes into it.

Please be assured that every garment you purchase is brand new. Because our artisans "draw" in chalk to embroider, each garment is pre-washed and ironed after being sewn together to remove the chalk outline. This ensures your garment arrives to you ready to wear. 

FABRIC + CARE: 

Fabric: 50% Bamboo 50% Sustainable Cotton & 100% Cotton Artisan. Made in Mexico. 

Care: Hand wash in cold water. Lay flat or hang dry. No bleach. Do not wring. Shrinks 3% in the first wash. Iron on Linen/Cotton setting.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the payment is verified.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended, but we will make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates:

  • We offer transparent and competitive shipping rates based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • We offer COMPLIMENTARY GROUND SHIPPING for orders $500+.  We offer COMPLIMENTARY 2-DAY EXPRESS SHIPPING for orders $2000+

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Payments 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. When you place an order on our website, we will charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability and your order is ready to be shipped. if you are having difficulty processing payment, please email us at orders@lapeony.com.

Returns Eligibility Criteria For Non-Final Sale Items (FINAL SALE items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable and do not apply to this criteria)

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  1. Unused and Unworn: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  2. Must be Within 10 Days: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Initiate Return: Email us at orders@lapeony.com for a return request and kindly give the reason for the return.
  2. Print Return Label: Once your return is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print. You may need to check junk email as sometimes labels land in the junk box. Please note: return shipping is not paid by LPC. We only provide the label and will deduct return shipping cost from the refund upon receipt of item(s).

Non-Returnable Items

  • In-Person Trunk Show Event Purchases: All purchased Trunk Show items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Items that appear to have been worn: tags removed or not in received condition.
  • All Final Sales Items.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.
