What sets both brands apart is a devotion to process. At LPC, that means honoring tradition through direct collaboration with artisans. In Santo Tomás Jalieza, more than 60 women work together to preserve the tradition of backstrap loom weaving. In San Pedro Cajonos, families carry forward the intricate process of raising silkworms and transforming the threads into garments like our Silk Ponchos. And in San Antonino Castillo Velasco, generations of women have kept floral embroidery alive, blending heritage with artistic expression.
LAYA echoes this same attention to detail in every piece. Each design is seamless, supportive, and made to empower movement. Together, LPC and LAYA celebrate more than style. They champion where it’s made, how it’s made, and the communities that make it possible.
