What should I do if something from my order is missing?
Please contact our client team at orders@lapeony.com with your name, order number, what product is missing. if possible, include a picture of the entire order out of the package. 

What should I do if I get a damaged or defective item?
Please contact our client team at orders@lapeony.com, with your name, order number, a picture of the damaged product (with tags on product and not worn), and a short description of the issue. we will respond within 24 hours.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account here by entering your name, email and a password of your choice.

I don't see a refund on my credit card. what should I do now?
It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for a refund to show up on a credit card. if it has been longer than 10 business days and you do not see the refund, please email us at orders@lapeony.com with your name, order number, tracking return information and the items you returned. we will respond within 24 hours.


What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. When you place an order on our website, we will charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability and your order is ready to be shipped. if you are having difficulty processing payment, please email us at orders@lapeony.com.

Where does LPC ship to?
We offer FREE Ground shipping to all 50 states. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends, or major holidays.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Rates will be calculated at checkout.

What is LPC's return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, we will accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt so long as the garment is returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. In the event an exchange is not desired, we will offer store credit.

To place an exchange follow instructions below. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions using the Contact Page.
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
Step 1: The original tags are still attached.
Step 2: The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused.
Step 3: Initiate the exchange within 14 business days of receiving your items by sending a return inquiry using the Contact Page.
Step 4: You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label within 48 business hours via email.
Step 5: Return the item(s) within 10 business days of receiving the pre-paid shipping label and request new size or item.

    Do I need to sign for my LPC package?
    Yes, we require a signature at the time of delivery.

    Is it possible to modify my order once it is placed?
    Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. please contact us as soon as possible at orders@lapeony.com with any requests.

    How do I track my order once it is placed?
    Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package.


    Where do I enter a promo code?
    Please enter your promotional code in the box that says “discount code” on the checkout page and hit the “apply” button.

    How many promo codes can I enter?
    Only one promotional code will be honored per order.
