What should I do if something from my order is missing?
Please contact our client team at orders@lapeony.com with your name, order number, what product is missing. if possible, include a picture of the entire order out of the package. 

What should I do if I get a damaged or defective item?
Please contact our client team at orders@lapeony.com, with your name, order number, a picture of the damaged product (with tags on product and not worn), and a short description of the issue. we will respond within 24 hours.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account here by entering your name, email and a password of your choice.

I don't see a refund on my credit card. what should I do now?
It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for a refund to show up on a credit card. if it has been longer than 10 business days and you do not see the refund, please email us at orders@lapeony.com with your name, order number, tracking return information and the items you returned. we will respond within 24 hours.

What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. When you place an order on our website, we will charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability and your order is ready to be shipped. if you are having difficulty processing payment, please email us at orders@lapeony.com.

  • We offer COMPLIMENTARY GROUND SHIPPING for orders $500+.  We offer COMPLIMENTARY 2-DAY EXPRESS SHIPPING for orders $2000+

  • Standard shipping typically takes 2-10 business days, while expedited options are available for faster delivery.  Note that orders ship from Los Angeles and California orders may come often within 1-3 days.  Further addresses may take longer.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

International Shipping:

  • We are delighted to offer international shipping to bring our products to customers around the world.
  • Please note that international shipping times may vary, and any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

LPC Return & Exchange Policy

At LPC, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please carefully review our return policy below:

Returns

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  1. Unused and Unworn: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

  2. Must be Within 10 Days: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Initiate Return: Email us at orders@lapeony.com for a return request and kindly give the reason for the return.

  2. Print Return Label: Once your return is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print. You may need to check junk email as sometimes labels land in the junk box.

    Please note: return shipping is not paid by LPC.  We only provide the label and will deduct return shipping cost from the refund upon receipt of item(s).


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return within 10 days for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.  If you received complimentary shipping for the returned item, you will again receive complimentary shipping for the newly ordered item(s) with our complimentary shipping on orders over $500.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • In-Person Trunk Show Event Purchases: All purchased Trunk Show items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Items that appear to have been worn: tags removed or not in received condition.

  • All Final Sales Items.
