We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. When you place an order on our website, we will charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability and your order is ready to be shipped. if you are having difficulty processing payment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To place a return/exchange follow instructions below. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions using the Contact Page.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Step 1: The original tags are still attached.
Step 2: The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused.
Step 3: Initiate the return within 7 business days of receiving your items by sending a return inquiry using the Contact Page.
Step 4: You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label within 48 business hours via email.
Step 5: Return the item(s) within 10 business days of receiving the pre-paid shipping label.
Step 6: A refund will be issued to the card the order was originally charged to.
You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
