Author of Winnie & Her Worries, offering an anxiety relief toolbox for children and their caretakers in an easy to understand story format.   1. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What inspired you to start your career journey?

Hello! I'm Reena B. Patel, and I'm truly passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and families. My journey began with a deep desire to help children reach their full potential and support families in navigating the challenges they face. Witnessing the incredible resilience and potential within each child inspired me to dedicate my career to education and positive wellness.

  1. Tell us how you built your success.

Building my success has been a combination of hard work, continuous learning, and a deep commitment to my craft. Throughout the years, I've invested time in expanding my knowledge, earning certifications, and gaining practical experience. Establishing my private practice and authoring "Winnie & Her Worries" were pivotal moments that allowed me to reach a wider audience and provide valuable guidance to parents, professionals, and educators.

  1. What are lessons you have learned throughout your career and life that you can share with our audience?

Throughout my career and life, I've learned valuable lessons that I'm eager to share. Firstly, cultivating empathy and understanding is essential in building strong connections and fostering growth. Secondly, resilience is key. Life presents challenges, but with resilience, we can navigate them and come out stronger on the other side. Lastly, self-care is vital. Taking care of ourselves allows us to better support others and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

  1. What's something our audience would be surprised to learn about you?

Something that might surprise the audience is my deep love for gardening. Working with plants and nurturing nature brings me a sense of peace and tranquility. It's a personal interest that reminds me of the interconnectedness of all living things and the importance of finding harmony in our surroundings.

  1. What does sustainability mean to you?

To me, sustainability means being mindful of our impact on the environment and taking conscious actions to preserve and protect it for future generations. It involves embracing eco-friendly practices, making responsible choices in our daily lives, and understanding that we are all interconnected in the web of life. Sustainability is not just an individual responsibility but a collective effort to create a harmonious and balanced world.

  1. You provided a stunning venue for La Peony’s Style Connection Premiere. What was your favorite part of the event?

Hosting La Peony's Style Connection Premiere was an incredible experience, and my favorite part was witnessing the power of collaboration and creativity. Seeing talented individuals come together, showcasing their unique styles and talents, was truly inspiring. The event created an atmosphere of celebration and unity, where everyone's passions were uplifted and celebrated. It was a joyous occasion that reminded me of the beauty of collective inspiration and support.
