• During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended, but we will make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates:

• We offer transparent and competitive shipping rates based on your location and the weight of your order.
• Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
• We offer COMPLIMENTARY GROUND SHIPPING & FREE RETURNS for orders $250+.  We offer COMPLIMENTARY 2-DAY EXPRESS SHIPPING for orders $750+.
• Orders under $250 are a flat rate of $15 to be shipped (this includes return shipping).  

Shipping Methods:

• We partner with reputable carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders.
• Standard shipping typically takes 2-10 business days, while expedited options are available for faster delivery.  Note that orders ship from Los Angeles and California orders may come often within 1-3 days.  Further addresses may take longer.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

International Shipping:

• We are delighted to offer international shipping to bring our products to customers around the world.
• Please note that international shipping times may vary, and any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Payments 

LPC Return & Exchange Policy 

1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and returned in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards cannot be returned.
3. Process:
• Request a Return: Contact our customer service to initiate a return at orders@lapeony.com.
• Packaging: Repack the item in its original packaging or a secure alternative.
• Shipping: We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns within the country. For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Exchanges: For a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items: Contact customer service immediately by emailing orders@lapeony.com for assistance with damaged or defective items.
